Securitisation

Our securitisation team has a reputation for delivering a product on time and within budget to its 100 plus clients.

We deal with the charging of properties by Registered Social Landlords to funders as security for facilities they have entered. We also act for certain funders in the taking of security from Registered Social Landlords. We deal with small and large-scale transactions which range in size from £1 million to £100 million facilities.

We also deal with the consolidation of loans with Orchardbrook Limited and the release of properties from existing charges.

The team is lead by partner Sharon Kirkham who is assisted by three solicitors, Yogeta Doobay, Emma Browne and Louisa Loizou, and eight paralegals. The team acts principally on large security exercises, whether in relation to new finance or refinance involving anywhere between 15 and 7,000 properties.

The securitisation team works in conjunction with the Banking team.
