I worked at Devonshires for 3 years in the property department before starting my training contract and if, after 3 years, you can say that you still enjoy coming into work then it is definitely somewhere you would want to train. The clients we work for also means that no two days are ever the same and there are always learning opportunities.

As a trainee, you are given a lot of support and a lot of time is invested by everyone to ensure that the training given prepares you for qualification. You really are part of the team.
