Having previously worked at Devonshires as a Paralegal, I was delighted to have been offered a training contract with the firm and to subsequently embark upon an exciting new stage of my career.
Devonshires is an excellent place to work in so many ways. From the approachability of its support staff to the open-door policy of its Partners, the firm retains an integrated culture whilst simultaneously moving into new territories of growth and development.
The firm actively supports the development of its trainees, encouraging them to take early responsibility in the management of files and providing them with a breadth of experience under the guidance of its senior fee earners – I have so far enjoyed every minute of the Devonshires trainee experience.
