Devonshires has acted for Cantifix Limited in respect of its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Interwest Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Cantifix, which was established in 1986, specialises in architectural custom glazing and built glass structures for both commercial and residential projects.
Interwest specialises in the manufacture, installation and glazing of architectural aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling to the commercial sector of the building industry. The acquisition will further strengthen Cantifix's position as market leaders in specialist glass.
The Devonshires team included Louise Eldridge, Jonathan Ebsworth, Richard Smith (Corporate), Nicola Philp and Shivali Chaudhry (Employment).
