Devonshires acted for the shareholders of Snowball, a leading data driven CRM agency, on its sale to AIM listed marketing services group, Tangent Communications plc.
Founded in 2003, Snowball is a unique customer management agency in the luxury goods sector combining creative, analytics and data. The acquisition offers Tangent an opportunity to increase the range of services available to its group clients to include data, creative, campaign execution and analysis of both on and off line channels.
Devonshires Head of Corporate, Jonathan Ebsworth, was introduced to Snowball by Results International, who acted as corporate finance advisor on the deal.
Louise Eldridge led the transaction ably assisted by Julie Tenenbaum (corporate) together with the firm’s employment and property teams. Tangent was represented by Pinsent Masons.
