Devonshires recently advised a Welsh RSL, Bron Afon Community Housing, on a project to retrofit roof-mounted solar PV to their housing stock.
Devonshires advised on the contractual, funding and property related aspects of this project which will be eligible for the Government's Feed in Tariff scheme. The project will lead to hundreds of PV installations taking place with the aim of reducing energy consumption from traditional sources which should in turn lead to a reduction in residents' energy bills.
