Devonshires' Projects, Banking and Employment teams acted for Great Places Housing Group on the social housing and regeneration “Gateways to Oldham” PFI project which successfully achieved financial close on 30th November 2011.
The project will involve the regeneration of four sites in Oldham through the provision of 700 new or refurbished homes together with improvements to community facilities and other public spaces.
Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council entered into the 25 year contract for the project with the Inspiral consortium which is made up of Great Places Housing Group, Wates Living Space and Regenter.
