Devonshires are pleased to announce that Philip Barden is winner of the 2010 Mediation Champion Award for the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
The awards, held at the Waldorf Hilton on the 17th of November, coincided almost to the day with the 20th anniversary of the creation of CEDR. The panel of award judges were The Rt Hon Lord Woolf of Barnes, Sir Alex Jarratt - CEDR's Life President, Patrick Deane of Nestle, Noel Campbell of Holman Fenwick Willan, Martin Josephs of COLT and Deborah Prince of Which?.
The Mediation Champion award followed a nationwide search to find the lawyer that had mediated the most cases and done the most in the last two years to get their clients to engage in the mediation process.
