A Word From The Training Principal - Daniel Clifford

I have the best role in the firm!

I have been Training Principal (“ring master”) for 10 years and I enjoy the job as much now as I did then.

Of course, it was not that long ago I was a trainee here myself…!

I take a keen interest in what our trainees are doing and seeing them develop both personally and professionally throughout their time with us.

This is very rewarding and I feel proud to share their journey.

The interviewing process is great fun and over the years I have met some memorable characters – some of whom are still with us and continuing to celebrate great success.

My favourite moments are welcoming the new trainees and of course telling those trainees who we select to keep on they have made it as Newly Qualified Solicitors.

Law is a profession I am proud to be part of and I truly believe there is no better place than Devonshires to commence your law career.
