Allan is our Senior Partner and works in the Property Department. He has in-depth experience in the area of complex development sites and  the acquisition and management of commercial property including PFI related schemes. Clients range from commercial sector clients such as Longshot Group and the Groucho Club to the Pension Fund of General Motors, various RPs including One Housing Group, Circle Thirty Three and Presentation Housing Association.

In internal training sessions, Allan emphasises that it is best to look from the outset to recognise the legitimate commercial interests of all parties so far as funding constraints allow, in order to promote the on-going business relationship and accelerate agreement on the legal package - "Going for the Solution in One".

Private interests include cinema, reading and theatre. Allan confesses to being an addict of the Patrick O'Brien novels (except for the last few which he claims were only written for the money). He also enjoys science fiction and believes this to be an invaluable asset when considering private finance documents. One of his neighbours was the former DJ, Chris Evans but he sold out to a Russian billionaire. Allan is disappointed to report that he continues to await that ever-elusive invitation to a wild party at Mr Evans' mansion.

But he lives in hope.
