Andrew is Chief Executive of Devonshires and leads the Banking and Governance Team.
His team acts for over 200 Social Housing Providers and Local Authorities in England and Wales and as panel solicitors for the Tenant Services Authority.
Andrew and his team have negotiated in excess of £6 billion of housing association funding since 1988 from bond markets, banks and building societies; and acts for funders and over 180 housing associations based over England, Wales and Scotland on their general fundraising and project specific finance (such as PFI and joint ventures).
Andrew has a particular specialism in governance and group structures for not-for-profit organisations and joint ventures between not-for-profit organisations and the public and private sectors (including local authorities and developers).
Andrew is a regular contributor in relation to policy issues affecting the social housing sector and is a member of the National Housing Federation’s Finance Policy Advisory Group.
As Chief Executive, Andrew heads our strategy and growth programmes.
