Anne is a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence Team.  She qualified in 1998 and has experience of handling a range of complex and high value personal injury as well as dental negligence cases.  Anne has a clear understanding of clinical practice and role differentiation with the healthcare service having worked for 10 years as a Nurse, prior to changing careers.  Her current cases include failure to diagnose and/or late diagnosis, mismanagement and delay in treatment.   These cases cover a range of injuries and clients from birth accidents, orthopaedic injuries and cancer care to dental negligence.
