Bhaveshri is a Solicitor who qualified in September 2002. Bhaveshri joined the Securities Team in September 2008 after returning from maternity leave. Bhaveshri acts for a number of housing associations in charging security under loan facilities of varying amounts.
Prior to joining the Securities Team Bhaveshri worked in the Low Cost Home Ownership Team at Devonshires managing a team of paralegals dealing mainly with disposals of shared ownership properties for many housing association clients. Bhaveshri also has considerable experience dealing with high value residential conveyancing transactions having worked in City/West End firms prior to joining Devonshires.
