Carol is a Solicitor in the Property Department and has experience in acting for numerous registered providers and housing associations dealing with the setting up of shared ownership plot sale schemes, charging property portfolios (consisting of more than 150 properties within each portfolio) and updating Certificates of Title, volume sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold street properties, sales via the Home Ownership for People with Long Term Disabilities (HOLD) scheme and carrying out due diligence for various Large Scale Voluntary Transfers.
Carol has also acted for various national and local developers and occupiers of commercial property dealing with general commercial property work, plot sales, sales of properties by way of auction, landlord and tenant issues and providing a corporate support role in company acquisitions.
In addition, Carol has acted for the Homes and Communities Agency undertaking various project management and projects work including the national Kickstart Housing Delivery Programme (Rounds 1 and 2) - Homebuy Direct initiative and the national Gypsy and Traveller Site Grant 2009/2010 Programme.
