Caroline is a Solicitor in the Projects Group specialising in public-private partnerships, Private Finance Initiative projects and renewable energy projects.
Caroline has acted for registered providers, local authorities, charities and companies. Caroline has advised registered providers on housing and care PFI/PPP transactions and assisted to close a number of successful NHS LIFT projects on behalf of the private sector and public sector.
More recently, Caroline has acted for a number of registered providers and local authorities in relation to a range of renewable energy matters including solar PV Feed-in Tariff projects and CESP/CERT schemes.
