Chris joined Devonshires as a paralegal in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in the Property Department in 2011. 

Chris acts for registered providers and charities on a range of property transactions including acquisitions, stock transfers, regeneration projects, transfers of engagements and amalgamations. 

Chris has recently acted on two major intra-group transfers for registered providers each involving in excess of 2,000 properties and a major redevelopment project involving a registered provider, local authority and developer acting in partnership.
