Dominic is a Solicitor in the Property Department. Dominic joined Devonshires in 2007 and works in Julie Bradley's team. He prepares sales packs for New Build Homebuy sales containing the draft transaction documents and all the title and other information that the purchasers’ solicitors require, ensuring that the transaction documents are fully compliant with the relevant HCA/TSA requirements, and that they are updated as necessary to incorporate any changes in policy and/or legislation. He ensures that the transaction documents are tailored to each new development, and to the particular requirements of the individual client.
A Law graduate from Newcastle University, Dominic completed his legal training at Simmons and Simmons. From there he went on to roles in the commercial property departments of CMS Cameron McKenna and Nabarro Nathanson, specialising in landlord and tenant work.
Prior to joining Devonshires, Dominic was at Sweet & Maxwell, where he devised and wrote the commercial property content for the online Lawtel FirstPoint service.
