Elad is a Solicitor in the Property Department and has extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters.  Elad has acted on acquisitions, disposals and stock transfers for Registered Providers, Local Authorities and individuals. In addition Elad has acted for both commercial and residential clients in numerous affordable housing schemes including shared ownership, shared equity, and mortgage rescue cases.  Recent work includes acting for a Registered Provider in relation to a grant of more than £15 million from the Big Lottery Fund.
