Eleanor is a Solicitor in the Banking and Governance Team. She regularly advises on bilateral and syndicated facilities for both borrowers and lenders and associated security documents. She worked closely with Julian Barker on the Genesis, Notting Hill, Hyde and Circle Anglia bond issues and also advises on intra-group agreements and financing arrangements.

Eleanor also undertakes general corporate and governance work for companies, charities and housing providers including constitutional, regulatory and charity law matters. She has experience in acting for groups who are undertaking restructuring exercises and corporate re-organisations. Eleanor advises on company law and corporate matters in a wide variety of contexts such as the drafting of board and committee resolutions and advice relating to delegations and conflicts of interest.
