Emmet is a Solicitor in the Construction Disputes Department. Emmet has worked on a wide variety of matters including procurement, pre-contractual advice, litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and commercial disputes. Emmet has worked on a number of major projects and been involved in and advised in relation to dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration and adjudication. Emmet is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Society for Construction Law.
