Litigation Assistant

Jo Fairs is a Litigation Assistant in the Housing Management Department.  An experienced fee earner, Jo heads up the Fixed Fee Team and manages a team of 2 Paralegals and 1 Trainee, mainly dealing with rent arrears possession actions, temporary accommodation possession actions and injunctions to secure access.
 
Jo has experience in dealing with a full range of housing management matters and is an expert on AST tenancies and the service of Section 21 Notices.
