Jonathan is a Solicitor in our Projects Group specialising in property development and regeneration and aspects of Projects including joint venture agreements, development agreements, conditional contracts, planning agreements, energy service arrangements and managing disposals of completed developments for registered providers and private developers.

Jonathan has experience in commercial and residential transactions and before joining Devonshires acted for a wide variety of property developers including national companies, private individuals, contractors and charities including housing associations.

Currently Jonathan is involved in a £50m regeneration scheme in Surrey and has recently acted on behalf of a LIFT company in relation to four new LIFT schemes.
