Jonathan is a Solicitor in our Projects Group specialising in the property aspects of development and regeneration schemes involving Housing Associations and public-private partnerships.
He has been involved in a number of large scale town centre regeneration schemes acting on behalf of Housing Associations in consortium with private developers and has also advised upon a number of portfolio purchases and disposals. He has acted for a wide range of social housing providers, local authorities, NHS Trusts and developers in sectors including health, housing, care, leisure, defence and university accommodation. Jonathan has acted in a number of NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) and Private Finance Initiative projects.
Jonathan has recently acted for the contractor in a major leisure PPP scheme which closed in September 2009 and on behalf of the social housing provider in connection with the on-going major Tavy Bridge regeneration project.
