Joshua is a Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.  His areas of expertise include commercial and civil litigation and insolvency law, and he has considerable experience of Arbitration, Mediation and other forms of ADR.  Prior to joining Devonshires, Joshua worked as an In-House Lawyer for a large recruitment company, and he has significant knowledge of the recruitment and other commission based industries.   

Joshua deals mainly with a wide variety of contentious matters, including matters involving alleged fraud, potential negligence and contractual disputes.  He works closely with James Dunn and Philip Barden, the head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.  He acts for both individuals and companies, and seeks to take a commercial and practical approach to disputes from the outset.  Finally, Joshua also assists James Dunn with his work for the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
