Julie is a Partner and Head of the Property Department and deals with property aspects of stock transfers, ERCF bids and local Housing Companies, Lottery funding, property finance and general commercial property work including all aspects of finance and property work. Julie specialises in project work and recent projects include the property aspects of the acquisition of a property company valued at £57 million, the disposal and acquisition of a number of care homes and several large scale management agreements.

As well as acting for Registered Providers Julie also advises a number of banks in connection with RP property matters.
