Kathryn is a Solicitor in the Construction Department and advises on all aspects of construction disputes.  She has experience acting for Registered Providers, private contractors, private employers and construction professionals throughout the United Kingdom.

Kathryn has worked on a wide variety of matters including pre-contractual advice, drafting construction documentation including Building Contracts, Development Agreements, Collateral Warranties and Bonds, adjudication and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. 

Kathryn is a member of the Society for Construction Law.
