Katie joined Devonshires in January 2010. She assists in all aspects of property transactions with a particular emphasis on site acquisitions and disposals, development work and regeneration projects.
Katie has experience in a wide range of property work. Prior to joining Devonshires Katie has acted for a variety of clients including national and local developers; charities and PLCs, she also has knowledge in acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties by auction.
Additionally, Katie has acted for lenders providing finance to acquisitions and developments and has performed a corporate support role in company acquisitions. She also has experience in advising a number of telecommunication companies and on shore and off shore investors on both their freehold and leasehold commercial property portfolio.
