Kris is a Solicitor in our Projects Group and specialises in PFI / PPP Projects and Public Procurement.

Kris has acted for a range of local authorities, Registered Providers of Housing (RPs), private sector consortiums, subcontractors and mutual societies on PFI and PPP projects across a number of sectors including housing, care and education. 

Kris has provided advice to a wide range of local authorities, RPs and other public and quasi public bodies on their obligations under the Public Procurement Regulations including advice on the procedures to be followed, the consequences of breaching the Regulations and the treatment of Section 106 Agreements and complex development and joint venture agreements under the Regulations.

Kris has advised several common procurement vehicles in relation to their obligations under the Regulations in procuring works, services and supplies on behalf of their members.

Kris has acted for a number of RPs in procuring framework agreements for various consultancy services and new build and refurbishment works. This has involved advising in relation to the procurement procedures to be followed and the structure of the framework agreement and assisting with the preparation of the OJEU notices, tender documents and framework agreement documentation.
