Martyn is a Solicitor in the Projects Group providing property support and advice on projects across the housing, health, education, energy and care sectors.

Martyn has extensive experience acting for Registered Providers and other large property companies on a variety of matters including strategic land acquisition for development, infrastructure and planning agreements, options/pre-emptions, collaboration and consortium agreements, individual and portfolio acquisitions/disposals, setting up shared ownership and key worker schemes and large scale property financing.

Recent projects include advising a LIFTCO on the development of four new medical centres in Sheffield, a £50m regeneration scheme in Stanwell, Surrey and a major PPP Extra Care development in the North of England.

Martyn is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
