Matthew is a Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He works closely with Philip Barden and other fee earners within the commercial litigation team on a diverse range of matters both civil and criminal.

He acts for creditors in bankruptcy actions to economically recover debts ranging from a few thousand pounds to tens of thousands of pounds, as well as advising on recovery of overseas and more complex currency trading debts. He has also assisted in advising companies going into administration.

Alongside ordinary litigation, Matthew regularly deals with alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration (both national and international), adjudication and mediation.
