Matthew is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Matthew’s main area of practice is commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He acts for companies and businesses within and outside the UK (in particular Italy, Middle East, Asia and many of the “off-shore” jurisdictions), private individuals, foreign lawyers and major lending institutions. Matthew is an approved Privy Council Agent.

His practice includes claims and disputes concerning commercial contracts, sale of goods, professional negligence, litigation on behalf of insolvency practitioners, fraud investigations and asset tracing, shareholder and other corporate disputes and money laundering issues.
