Nadine joined the Banking & Governance Team as a Solicitor in March 2008, having previously worked as a Company Secretary of a housing association. Before that she worked as a legal adviser to government agencies and also as a solicitor in a major City firm in private practice.  She undertakes general corporate, commercial and governance work for housing associations.
