Neil is a Partner in the Housing Management Department, working alongside Nick Billingham, Partner and Head of the Housing Management Team. His main responsibilities include conducting Housing Litigation, disrepair, nuisance and providing non-contentious advice in respect of Housing Management. Neil’s main clients are Housing Associations.
