Nicola is a Partner in our Employment Department and specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and associated pensions work. She advises public sector bodies and commercial clients in a wide variety of industry sectors and has particular expertise in TUPE and procurement issues. Nicola also speaks and trains clients on a range of employment related matters including TUPE and discrimination.
