Samantha is a Solicitor in the Housing Management Department and specialises in contentious housing management conducting possession and injunction claims for anti-social behaviour, subletting and rent arrears.  She conducts litigation advice on behalf of registered providers in all aspects of housing management.  Samantha also provides non-contentious advice on housing and policy issues.
