Sharon is a Partner in the Property Department who heads up our Securities Team. She joined Devonshires as a trainee legal executive in 1994 and studied for her LPC whilst working at Devonshires, qualifying as a solicitor in 1998 and becoming a Partner in April 2006.
 
She acts for many housing associations and a number of banks in connection with the property aspects of giving and taking security.

Sharon's experience includes the securitisation of residential street properties and developments under loan facilities of amounts varying from £1 million to £450 million on behalf of housing associations and accepting street properties and developments as security under loan facilities on behalf of lenders.

Sharon also acts on intra-association transfers of portfolios of properties.
