Tom is a Solicitor in the Construction Department and specialises in all areas of construction contracts law.  

Tom has acted for clients on all construction aspects of commercial property transactions, and has assisted with the documentation required to deliver complex projects such as PFI.  Tom has knowledge and experience of the JCT suite of contracts, PPC2000 and all other commonly used standard forms.

Tom drafts, negotiates and advises on all forms of maintenance contracts, building and development agreements, professional appointments, and all forms of security and ancillary project documents including bonds, guarantees, novation agreements and collateral warranties.

Tom regularly provides training to clients on all aspects of construction law.
