Zulon is a Solicitor in the Banking and Corporate Department and undertakes general corporate work for companies, limited liability partnerships and private individuals, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private fundraisings, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures, private equity and cross-border transactions.

She also advises in respect of corporate transactions and constitutional and regulatory matters, charity law issues, group structures, a wide range of commercial contracts and financing transactions for housing associations and funders.

Zulon joined Devonshires in 2009 after completing her training with a U.S. and international law firm where she gained experience acting for companies on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals and public takeovers, secondary fundraisings on AIM, venture capital financing, corporate insolvency and restructuring, banking and structured finance.
