Experience includes acting for banks and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated debt, senior debt, mezzanine debt and quasi equity, to fund the acquisition, development, re-development and/or refinancing of a wide variety of assets including retail, office, industrial and hotel facilities.
The loans are to all nature of borrowers including domestic and overseas, property companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, joint ventures and investment funds.
Deal sizes range from £100,000 to £150m.
