Devonshires’ Health and Safety Team are able to provide extensive advice in respect of corporate manslaughter, an offence which is closely related to health and safety and prosecution for which can arise from the same facts as a health and safety case. We can advise clients who are threatened with prosecution under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007. We can represent clients before and during court proceedings for such an offence. We also provide training for board members, executives and managers as to their responsibilities and how best to ensure a prosecution for corporate manslaughter does not arise in the first place.
For advice on health and safety related care services please contact Philip Barden or Matthew Hennessy-Gibbs.
