Fraud Investigation and Asset Tracing

Devonshires' Commercial Litigation Team has extensive experience with fraud investigation and asset tracing to ensure a recovery for our clients. Our commercial litigation solicitors act in fraud matters for private and commercial clients and have experience in assisting in the closure of solicitors’ offices where fraud has taken place.

We work with key UK and International crime detection agencies and we have substantial experience of liaising with and assisting regulators, the police and insurers.

We lecture extensively on fraud avoidance including arranging seminars with our clients designed to help you minimise the risks of fraud and improve detection systems.
