Capital Markets

Our expertise on Capital Markets extends to both the main London Stock Exchange and the LSE’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM). This has involved initial public offerings (IPO), takeovers and reverse takeovers and public to private transactions. We are used to working closely with other professional advisors and will provide clear, concise and commercial advice on time.

The decision to list or delist a company’s shares from one of the United Kingdom’s Stock Markets needs to be carefully thought through and the commercial considerations discussed with a number of different professional advisors including a company’s broker and Nominated Adviser (NOMAD). A successful project requires planning notwithstanding the timescales may be tight. We will work with you to provide legal structure and advice around the commercial decisions that you make.
