Our Corporate Team undertakes a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs and buy-ins.
The transactions range from straightforward deals involving a small number of shareholders with no on-going obligations to more complex multi-national transactions involving multiple institutional, corporate and individual shareholders. We act for individuals, public and private companies, investors and management teams.
Many transactions have extensive earn-out provisions, warranties and indemnities, different types of consideration, and pre and post-completion restrictions.
