Overview of Family Work

We advise on all areas of family law, focusing primarily on the financial aspects of a relationship breakdown. We have experience of dealing with cases ranging from complex financial disputes involving assets held in a number of jurisdictions to straightforward divorces where the finances are agreed between the parties. We have also advised and assisted clients on disputes involving children, domestic violence, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.

We pride ourselves on our ability to tailor what we provide to meet the needs of our clients and to offer clients pragmatic and sympathetic support and advice at what is often a difficult and stressful time of their lives. We are committed to achieving a fair resolution that prioritises the best interests of our client and any children of the relationship, and will employ effective negotiation skills both within and outside of the court room to reach this goal.

The family team is headed up by Daniel Clifford who has approaching 20 years of experience in family work.
