Anti-social behaviour inevitably forms a substantial part of our workload and all members of the team have considerable experience in dealing with anti-social behaviour cases including possession claims, Section 153 injunction applications, Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) and demoted tenancies to achieve the right result for the client.
Given the size of the team, we have the resources and expertise to provide a fast and efficient response, in most cases on a fixed fee basis. We have obtained an excess of 130 ASBOs in the Magistrates Court for registered provider clients of ours over the past 3 years. We have a 100% success rate in obtaining ASBOs and recently obtained one of the first ASBOs with an attached Individual Support Order (ISO) against the son of a tenant of one of our registered provider clients.
