Since the introduction of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 and the introduction of the revised Section 153 Housing Act Injunction Regime, injunctions and possession claims are now a stable part of our work. We understand the need to act promptly in all anti-social behaviour cases which may mean seeking injunctions at a very short notice. For example, in the week prior to Christmas 2008, the team obtained 7 Section 153 injunctions in the space of 3 days prior to the Christmas break. One of these injunctions involved an application to the High Court since no Judges were available in the local County Court.
