We have also developed a dedicated fixed fee operation for the issue of “Gas Safety Injunctions” to secure access for our client and their contractors in order to comply with their duties under the gas safety regulations. The procedure is fast and effective. As part of the service we offer (on a sliding scale of costs) service of solicitors letters requiring access to be given. We find that these letters in themselves tend to result in access being given in 80 to 90% of cases.
