Possession Proceedings

Possession proceedings form the bulk of work undertaken and we cover all types of possession work from fixed fee for rent arrears possession claims and squatter proceedings, through breach of tenancy claims, unlawful sub-letting, anti-social behaviour and other more complex claims (e.g. possession claims against former short-life occupants and occupants claiming adverse possession).
