We were instructed to advise on our first LIFT scheme in 2003. Since that time we have acted on in excess of 20 completed schemes and are currently instructed on a further 15 schemes. Our non-adversarial approach has resulted in our clients being able to achieve extremely quick closes of their schemes. This included closing the Chadderton Health and Wellbeing scheme within eight weeks of our initial instruction to produce the project documentation. This achievement was recognised when we won the 2009 Best Advisor category at the LIFT Awards.
The Group has acted for the successful bidders on the Sheffield, Cornwall and Oldham NHS LIFT Projects (each of which is financially closed). Furthermore, Devonshires has been retained by the each LIFTCo on these projects for all subsequent schemes.
We have also acted for local authorities using LIFT to procure joint service centres as well as for supply chain members.
