All of the claims that we take on are run on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.
A ‘No Win, No Fee’ agreement is also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). It ensures that if you do not win your claim, you do not have to pay your solicitor a fee. We will take out an insurance policy (at no cost to you) on your behalf so that if you lose, you will also be covered against the other side’s costs and expenses.
If your claim is successful then Devonshires’ costs will be paid by the other side.
The only instance in which you may be liable for our costs is in the event that you do not comply with the terms of the CFA. We have not yet had to look to a client to recover our costs since we begun practicing medical negligence.
